- legality of products listed by third parties.

Zentrum reserves the right to remove listings without prior notice, particularly in cases involving suspected fraud, substantiated complaints, legal violations, breaches of these terms, or products considered unsuitable for the marketplace.
5. Purchases and Payments
Purchases made through the platform constitute contracts entered into directly between buyer and seller.
Zentrum may provide payment and financial intermediation tools without thereby assuming the role of seller.
Where applicable, Zentrum may charge commissions for the use of the marketplace.
The seller is solely responsible for invoicing, tax obligations, shipping of products, and any applicable legal warranty.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping of products is the sole responsibility of the seller.
Zentrum shall not be liable for delays, losses, transport damages, missing shipments, or shipping errors relating to products sold by third parties.

7. Warranties and Complaints

Any complaint must be addressed directly to the seller.

8. Limitation of Liability
Zentrum solely provides a technological intermediation platform.
Zentrum shall not be liable for:

- contractual breaches;
