The customer must contact us by email at suporte@zentrum-group.com regarding any return or refund.
The customer has the right to terminate the agreement without having to provide any reason within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, in accordance with what is stated in the "delivery document" provided in Clause 16 ("Shipping and Receipt of Orders"), located in the Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale.
The communication of the intention to terminate the contract must be made by the customer to AIRBAGSZENTRUM - SOCIEDADE UNIPESSOAL, LDA by sending a clear and unequivocal statement to that effect, via email, registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, or by sending the model of the free termination form provided for this purpose, through the same means.
Upon termination of the agreement, AIRBAGSZENTRUM - SOCIEDADE UNIPESSOAL, LDA will refund the customer the amount corresponding to the price of the purchased product and/or service within 14 days following the day it was informed of such intention, reserving the right to withhold such refund until the returned products are received or until the registered customer provides proof of their return, which may be requested for this purpose.
The refund for the registered customer will be made by crediting the amount paid to the customer's credit account, in cases where the payment was made through this means, or by bank transfer.
The customer will bear the costs of returning the contracted product.
Returns will not be accepted in cases where the customer does not keep the goods in a condition that allows them to be returned to AIRBAGSZENTRUM - SOCIEDADE UNIPESSOAL, LDA in the proper condition of use in which they were sent, with all their components and accessories, without prejudice to the ability to, with due care, inspect and handle the item.
No requests for refunds or returns will be accepted for products purchased from AIRBAGSZENTRUM - SOCIEDADE UNIPESSOAL, LDA where the protective seals on the vehicle connection plug or other applicable protective seals have been violated or removed (as shown in the following photos).
No return or refund requests will be accepted for orders of specific products, for which the customer is required to make a non-refundable deposit to proceed with the order of the item.
In case of cancellation of the transaction by the customer, for products where the customer must return the old part, these parts cannot be returned, as all old parts are destroyed within 24 to 48 hours, and AIRBAGSZENTRUM - SOCIEDADE UNIPESSOAL, LDA is not obliged to return them.
